• 1_CDMP without Discount – $150.00
  This is the regular price without any discounting such as that for Premium Membership, Student/Unemployed, Director, or Education Partner.
• 2_CDMP with Premium Discount – $75.00
  This is the special discounted price made available to those who have upgraded to a Premium Membership or are a Chapter Sponsor.
• 3_CDMP with Student/Unemployed Discount – $25.00
  This is the special discounted price made available to full-time students or unemployed members who have purchased the Student/Unemployed Membership.
• 4_CDMP with Education Partner Discount – $5.00
  This is the special discounted price made available to members designated as Education Partners.
• 5_CDMP with Director Discount
  This is the special discounted price made available to members designated as current or previous members of the Board of Directors.

  Used to register event volunteers, directors, and partner visitors.

  This will be used to register speakers for the event.
